Beginner Surfing In Panama
More than a practice surf class, we enrich from the different elements that influence the surfing conditions. So we learn how this elements work together to practice surfing in a pure way. We learn the positioning (board & waves), pop up, to move and much more. We enjoy the shape of the bay to select the best wave according to your level.
If you have never surfed before our beginners lesson is suitable for you.

Surf Lesson For Kids
Kids are very welcome at Club Venao. With our tailored kids’ beginner surf lessons children can also learn surf. The ISA certificated surf instructors of Club Venao are very well known about how to teach kids. We always have 1 coach per child in the water.
We welcome kids from the age of 4 to join our surf experience in Panama. While gaining confidence in the water, our focus is on having a lot of fun with the kids.
We have kids-friendly surfboards and equipment. The surf spots that we are teaching the kids is beginner-friendly and safe.
HOW WE TEACH
Panama Surf School
1. Theroy.
Each lesson starts with the theory. We will tell you how waves are created, why wind is important and more. We will talk about different kind of boards and explain you the language of surf.
2. Safety first.
Everything you need to know to protect yourself and your friends while surfing will be explained in this part of the lesson.
3. Warm up.
A warm up is important to prevent injury. We’ll move a little bit and then stretch for 10 min. Do not worry. It won’t be too exhausting 😉.
4. Ready for take off!
Now we are ready for the practical part. Off into the water. Your coach will always stay by your side and examine you.
